Join us in welcoming Walt Evans to MCG’s team as an Account Executive! A communications professional with experience in nonprofit, public policy, and business-to-business spaces, Walt earned a master’s degree in creative writing from the University of Tennessee this past May. “I’m excited to help MCG conduct cutting-edge branding and marketing work for organizations in East Tennessee and beyond,” he says.
Originally from Birmingham, Alabama, Walt moved to Knoxville for graduate school in 2020 and quickly fell in love with the Scruffy City. In his free time, he enjoys working on his fiction, running, and seeing live music. On the weekends, he can often be found at Next Level Brewing Company and Marie’s Olde Towne Tavern in historic Old North Knoxville.
